3 Tips for Safe Wallflowers Enjoyment 1. To start, twist right (clockwise) to uncap the refill and then twist left (counter-clockwise) to attach it to the plug. 2. Keep the plug and refill upright to avoid spills. (Bonus: our rotating plug allows for use in vertical or horizontal outlets!) 3. To prevent any damage to surfaces, always keep a 12" clearance above the plug as the fragrance oils may harm certain finishes and plastics.
